The staff was amazing. Morning breakfast was fantastic. A vintage historical building above the plaza. The on- off double day bus stop right out front. The room was amazing. It was hard to find, as the front is a large wooden door with a small door to enter. The elevator is great 100 years old. Very cool experience.

Unique property for travelers who want something different than traditional or chain hotels. May not be for everyone but we enjoyed our stay. Entrance first appeared a little dodgy, climbing through small door to a bit grungy “courtyard”, 100 year old elevator, etc. But, interior & rooms charming and spotless. Great AC. Nice breakfast. Excellent location. Taxi stand in square. Only negative was no personnel at front desk during our stay. Received self check in instructions, but no one to answer basic questions about TV or adjusting AC. No one available for restaurant suggestions, transportation, sightseeing advice or directions. I like a front desk that’s why I don’t book air bnb. Only staff we saw was one very pleasant Italian speaking woman who doubled to prepare breakfast and as housekeeper.

Our room smelled like sewage - it was also VERY loud - although they provided ear plugs, I wished it had been somewhere so we were prepared. The location is cool if you are there for the party scene - it wasn’t ideal with kids. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.

Nestled in the heart of Naples’ historic center, it perfectly captured the charm and character of the city. Our spacious suite comfortably accommodated our family of four with two large beds, giving us plenty of room to relax. Every detail added to the experience—from the historic, charming elevator to the beautiful wallpaper and elegant candelabras. The décor was eclectic, authentic, and perfectly reflected the timeless charm of old Naples. Staying here felt like stepping back in time while still enjoying all the comforts we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Neapolitan experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were incredibly helpful and sweet. We had amazing breakfast every morning and they restocked the room fridge every day with complimentary beverages. The view from our room was incredible and we loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little hotel,a bit dated and some cleanliness issues, lots of hair stuck on the shower head. Great service and very welcoming staff with a great location. Included breakfast was good and simple.
