“We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her son. They were very kind and helpful and even fixed an issue with our booking that was totally my mistake. The room was so nice as well as the common area. We’re staying here again when we come back to Naples.”

“The room was okay and what you’d expect for the price. What was not okay was the boutique check in twenty mins from the room location. I suppose this would be fine if you had a car but we had to walk and this was ridiculous. The staff also did not speak good English which is more my problem and kept insisting I pay the rest in cash despite only having card on me. They sent me to two broken atms in the heat and finally said I could use my card. Also had an issue with the PIN codes for the……

“The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We arrived before check-in, and our bags were stored for us as we were headed to lunch and to Pompeii. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well which was wonderful as the temperature was in the 90's! The breakfast served was wonderful with both Italian and typical American choices--hard-boiled eggs, toast/breads, cereal, milk, several juices, meats and cheeses, fruit, sweet rolls, coffee, tea,……
