This was our favorite hotel during our two week trip to southern Italy. The location is good. The room was spotless, everything worked very well, and it was well equipped with toiletries, coffee and tea, nice linens, wonderful bed and linens, and great TV with great cable channels and streaming. Best of all was was the staff- our hostess was so friendly, caring and helpful. Stay here!

This property was in a perfect location of all amenities walking distance to restaurants museums & metro, Martina our host at the Hotel Toledo LR Collection was an amazing little hotel, Martina was so helpful & friendly always ready to help, when we arrived at the hotel don’t be fooled by the entrance, once you arrive in the main door on the first floor you walk in to a beautiful bright Morden entrance were you are greeted by Martina, the room was spacious, lovely Morden shower room, there is a kettle & coffee machine in the room and Netflix, I would defenetly recommend this lovely little hotel Grazie Martina

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were impressed from beginning to end\! The hotel was super clean and in a perfect location. Everything was exactly as described and honestly, even better than in the pictures! A very special thank you to our host Martina, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning and truly made our stay even more special. ❤️ We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again anytime. We were a little unsure when we arrived from the outside, but the place is really nice inside. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. It’s definitely a suite like room. Nice view of the street area below. The receptionist Martina was just wonderful to deal with. She is very polite, professional and very helpful. Martina had great suggestions during our stay and arrange for a taxi when we checked out of the hotel. Thanks Martina for making our stay very pleasant . I’m sure someone else will enjoy their visit also.
