This was a gem to find. My wife and I enjoyed the room. Maria was helpful at check-in and got us situated. The only complain I had was loud music coming from outside from 3 pm until 2am. But this could hardly be Ciao Bellini's fault, since you take these risks when you have an urban hotel. Put this place on you list!

Great location - issue with shower which was fixed within minutes. just a shame I had my rucksack stolen but the people of Naples were amazing and so helpful when I had to replace essential items. Room was fabulous - definately return.

Had a great two night stay at this b&b! Maria is so welcoming and on had to help you with whatever you need! The rooms ard spacious, clean and cosy balcony! Breakfast is at a nice corner cafe right outside the building, perfect for us. Would stay again and recommend to anyone for a stay in the historic center!

Lovely large room with high ceilings and balconies. Modern bathroom, large bed, great location within a few blocks of the archeological museum. Easy to reach by metro. Maria welcomed me, showed how to use the key card, and provided me with the breakfast card which I redeemed at a cafe around the corner.

Can’t fault anything. A really beautiful room - stone work, high ceiling and beams have it a really special feel. Spotless, quiet even though it’s in Napoli!! Air con too good at times!! Highly recommend.

Maria (10/10)cleaned our large room and made sure we had whatever we needed every day. Room, bathroom, closet , refrigerator, coffee tea were clean. Beverages were refreshed which was appreciated due to the heat. Air conditioning kept us cool. Questions via email received prompt responses. Would return since the stay exceeded expectations and was near the train, restaurants etc. One suggestion having larger garbage can for water bottles

This was our second stay in Ciao Bellini this summer. We had two balconies to look out, a beautiful and a very clean room. Beautiful place to stay, in a very good location, near metro. Will return for sure!

The room was large, bright, and nicely styled. Mario and Maria were both wonderfully kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. We could enjoy the lively atmosphere from the street outside, yet once the windows were closed, it was perfectly peaceful inside.
