「The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, The 4 hotel rooms that they have are upstairs in an apartment building in "old town" Naples that can only be accessed by a 2 person elevator from an interior garage that costs coins to use. 」

「The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. 「Francesca and the Melrose staff were hands on “All the time” Great location, only a few feet away from Spacca Napoli. Great Bars next to the location, great drinks. amazing vibe. Family room was perfect for the 4 of us . Strongly recommend this location. 」

「Not far from all good food options. Small supermarket round the corner. Coffee shop next door to the building so handy for pastry’s. Accomodation is great and very spacious and large. However, if you sleep in the main bedroom it is on the main busy road I could not sleep in this room however my children could it did not disturb them. Otherwise great and lovely property. 」

「Stayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. 「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. It’s high-quality clean, professional staff, and there is an easiness to check in. Everything was on time. The rooms were so beautiful and they had every item for us in the room lots of light lots of towels and great Internet service. This is quality from the Monte Santo group.
