“Had a lovely stay for three nights in this hotel in the middle of Roma, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel has a warm and familiar feel. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Clean, spacious rooms. Only downside is our window was facing a busy street so can be a bit noisy, but I think this would be true almost everywhere in the area.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel. If we will travel back to ”

“Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.”

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……

"位置非常方便，距離羅馬車站走路五分鐘，而且沿途的人行道都鋪了柏油路，拖行李不會感到困難重重。
服務態度非常普通，甚至讓人覺得沒有服務。
可以感覺得到是很舊的建築改裝而成，進房時有著非常強烈、聞到讓人頭痛的香氛味，還好開窗透氣之後就散去。外面就是熱鬧的街道，餐廳和購物選擇非常多，但氣密窗效果很好，所以不會吵雜。倒是室內的隔音效果不太好，會聽到隔壁、走廊和樓上的聲音。
房間的設計相對比較古早，清潔度不錯，還有做垃圾分類。電梯旁有提供飲水機，沒有熱水，不過隨時有過濾冷水喝，真的非常方便！"

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended!
"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
