「Extremely good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.The only difficulty we had was finding the place. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks.」

「The property is exactly as listed! It’s in a very safe area we stayed 5 days. Perfect distance from the beach. The host was very communicative. 「Youre right next to downtown alajuela, so everything is nearby. The cathedral, park, and market are all great places to visit. Great property, lots of light. The kitchen has everything but an oven, so you can bring food from the market and whip something up. It's true it's noisy but you're downtown, what can you expect? Bring noise cancelling headphones and do some people watching from the balcony. It's good.」

「They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. 「Very clean and comfortable. The on site representative welcomed us and provided all we needed. As others have mentioned, there sometimes can be some ambient noise from either the bars in the area or the traffic, but this didn’t disturb us too much - even though earplugs were provided, we didn’t use them. Will definitely book again if we are back in town in the future!」
