Find your green oasis of feel-good moments in the elegant Villa Pedena in the peaceful Istrian countryside! It provides an excellent place for pure relaxation and quality moments on a holiday for up to 10 people.

Decorated with close attention to detail, the air-conditioned villa provides all the comforts of a contemporary home. It has 5 beautifully styled bedrooms, the ones on the top floor with access to a large balcony with a lovely view of the green Istrian scenery. There is also an entertainment room with a built-in barbecue, as well as a pool table, darts, and gym equipment. The open concept ground floor features a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing a seamless flow into the outdoor area.

The large garden provides you with a lot of space to enjoy and share lovely moments with family and friends. Relax on one of the loungers distributed over the generous space around the swimming pool or sit back on the comfortable patio set. Make use of the convenient outdoor kitchen and have a nice meal out in the open.

The pet-friendly villa is set in the quiet area in Sveta Katarina, central Istria, which you can further explore by using the bicycles at hand. The closest beaches are in Plomin (15 km) and Rabac (25 km), and places of interest such as Svetvinčenat, Pazin, Učka Nature Park are within 30 km of distance. It takes some 45 minutes to reach the Pula Airport (45 km), and an hour to get to the Croatian- Slovenian border crossing Pasjak.

Excellent sejour en Istrie

La villa est surperbe, tres grande et tres fonctionnelle. Tout y est bien pensé. Tres belle piscine a débordement et jolie vue. Lits très grands et très confortables. Chambres Climatisées. Et au sous sol une grande salle de jeux ( billard) et de muscu. Seul bemol : la 5e chambre n est accessible qu en passant par la 4e ( qui est assez petite) Ce ne fut pas gênant pour nous mais c est à savoir . Par ailleurs l istrie est tres belle. Je recommande vivement un sejour a la villa pedena
