“The front desk staff was helpful at check in and staff during the breakfast were helpful. However, if you’re not there to answer when housekeeping comes by they don’t clean your room. We had bumped into housekeeping and requested at the front desk our towels be refreshed. Housekeeping had no towels with them and the front desk informed us we’d have to wait until housekeeping came through the next day. If you value your sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. “The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom however was extremely dated and it had a horrible odor. The floor area by the sink was dirty. Our feet were brown after walking on it. This place needs to be seriously updated.”
