“Property was very central and great for a couple with heir dog. The apartment has a modern feel and is beautifully decorated, the large windows are a lovely feature.”

“The location was perfect, generally clean and modern property. There was a bit of an odour, not sure if former smoker or recent cooking, but a few candles or room freshers is just needed and the bathroom door was not working and reported it, they said had been reported before us but could not get the parts… had to move to the lounge at times for privacy reasons . Over all good stay and as needed ”

“Location worked well for us. Small room with en-suite. Out the back for a country pub. Ample parking nearby. Room not great at keeping noise out - could hear footsteps overhead from residents upstairs and voices carried across the count yard late at night. As it was warm needed to windows open so more easily disturbed by noise. The bed was super creaky too, which was annoying and disturbing in the dead of night! Convenient and suitable for a location/budget stay. Friendly staff and looked like a……

“Very good location near all Saltburn’s attractions, and the station a hundred yards away.The property is fully equipped (except for trays and a cafetière, the most eco-friendly method of making proper coffee), but the decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste.Some rooms, including the kitchen are poorly lit because of small windows and could use better lighting.”
