“Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation.In all a good stay.”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. “My booking was cancelled by the hotel without even notifying me. When I got there, I was told the only room available was a lot more expensive. There were no hot water to take shower. The following morning they shut off water completely, couldn’t even flush the toilet. Only one tiny garbage can for entire suit. No fridge. ”

“This was a pleasant hotel and the staff was extremely kind and efficient. Many families were here and seemed to be enjoying it very much. For us, we were hoping for something more separate from neighbors and quiet. We were also hoping for a nicer room, like in the pictures, but even though it was mostly similar the carpet and sofa were worn and there was not much of a view from inside. There was a better view from the porch but this was not very private and mostly too sunny. ”
