Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. The property is located close enough to the beach that we were able to access it every day by a 10 minute car ride, as well as accessible by a few minute walk to any other amenity or shop you might need during your stay. “Skønt oplevelse. Vi fandt stedet til to overnatninger i sidste øjeblik. Vi var skeptiske men en helt utrolig fornøjelse og stemning. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet hvilket fald sammen med ejerens fødselsdag. Vi tror vi var de eneste turister på dagen. God mad. Små omgivelser, men fine og rene. “Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.”

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. ”
