“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Vermietung unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. Das Haus liess nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, es gibt genügend gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Küche: genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank ist schön gross, im Untergeschoss gibt es noch einen……

“This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba.”

“We had a lovely stay at La Casa Blu. The pool and house were great. It is in a perfect location to explore the wonderful Piedmont region with its picturesque towns and vineyards. And Laura and Mirco were great hosts and very helpful.”

“We stayed from Friday to Friday and used the grill every day together with the pool. The house has everything you need. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. Carole made a guidebooklet that helped us a lot during our stay. We also contact each other via message for help. The house was overall clean, but in some corners, we could see quite some bugs,……

“Very nice welcome from the house manager, Danila, who was helpful and charming. Villa was comfortable but it would have been nice to have had some basics in the kitchen such as olive oil, bread and milk, and soap/shower gel in all the bathrooms. Good restaurants nearby, beautiful scenery, delightful area.”

“House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. It was necessary to leave after one night. North Italy villas thus far has denied any responsibility or refund. I am a fair and seasoned traveler. Whatever……

“Die Aussicht ist super! Leider gibt es dort nicht so viel für die Kinder. Es gibt da leider auch keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Dafür aber sehr viele Moskitos. Die Gastgeberin Ist super nett und hilfsbereit.”

“Das Haus war neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und den 3 Balkonen. Der Straßenlärm war aber ziemlich unerträglich. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit (wurde im Inserat aber behauptet). Wir mussten 500 m entfernt auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken und konnten nur in aller Eile kurz ausladen. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt von Stresa ist kurz (10 Minuten), der Rückweg aber anstrengend, da ein sehr……

“Wir waren eine Grosse Gruppe von 12 Erwachsenen und 6 Kinder zwischen 1 und 5 Jahre alt und hatten ausreichend Platz in der schönen Villa Piemonte. Da dass Wetter leider nicht mitspielte konnten wir den wunderschönen Aussenbereich sowie den Pool und Whirlpool nicht geniessen, das Haus war aber ausreichend gross um den Aufenthalt trotzdem geniessen zu können. Irina war stets sehr zuvorkommend mit Tipps zu möglichen Aktivitäten und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.”

“Très belle maison, très confortable notamment les chambres avec leur salle de bain personnelle et leur climatisation. La grande pièce principale nous a accueilli à 10 sans problème pour les repas. L’emplacement est intéressant, proche de l’autoroute, des commerces et surtout d’une plage bien agréable du lac Majeur (10 minutes à pied) Seul bémol, la plupart des chambres donnent sur la rue et sont bruyantes la nuit Cristina est très réactive. Son accueil a été parfait.”
