"Eine ungepflegte Baustelle, keine Luxusvilla. Garten, Pool und Haus sind so nicht nutzbar! Ein Schlafzimmer war abgeschlossen, da das Fenster fehlt. Die Klimaanlage war mit Müll zugedeckt und nicht funktionsfähig. Im Garten lag zwischen dem Müll eine tote Ratte - kein Witz, leider! Wir haben das Haus nicht bezogen, sondern direkt wieder nach Hause gefahren. In diesem Zustand zu vermieten ist ein Skandal und unseriös! Finger weg von diesem Objekt und Vermieter."

"Ronald was a fantastic and friendly host who made us very welcome for our week's holiday based in Nîmes. There was everything we needed, a comfortable bed, very hot water for showers, a lovey private patio to relax in and the kitchen was well equipped too. A short walk in to town was combined with us regularly using the number 7 bus to the centre and to the rail station for our day trips. "Highly recommended for family stays. It is very conveniently located next to the train station, and both bus and tram stops are right at the doorstep. As a flat, it was unconventionally spacious. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with a bathtub, and kitchen with ammenities to do our own cooking. There was a senior lady on the Reception when we arrived. She was not friendly at all, and made us feel unwelcome. However, the other 2 people (2 younger males) who were there for the remainder of our stay were super kind and helpful. Very conveniently located hotel for shopping and for walks to the main tourist spots. We'd always go back if travelling in or around Montpellier."
