“We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Flaminio which is ideally located for visiting the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. My favourite was Assissi - the frescoes in the Basilica are stunning. Also worth a visit are Montepulciano, Cortona and Abruzzo. The villa’s lovely pool area is perfect for rest days between sightseeing. This villa has spacious grounds and plenty of room inside which was great when travelling with older teenagers. They also appreciated the reliable internet……

Amazing location for day trips throughout Tuscany - Florence, San G, etc… easily accessed.Nathan is an AMAZING HOST - everything we needed from groceries ahead of time to restaurant reservations, tour guides that were all terrific. “We were a large group of 16 (mostly family). This villa was perfect for us. Long hot days by the pool (which is a perfect size). Everyone had plenty of space in the many cool breezy rooms. Even though we were there in the middle of summer, it was easy to sleep without the A/C, but we had the option. The kitchen was amazing, modern and had everything we needed. Easy day trips to Rome, Assisi and Montipulciano. And lots of other beautiful villages. We ate the most amazing meal at the……

“Our stay was lovely! Wish we could have stayed for so much longer! We loved the enchanting walk to the the small medieval town of San Gums through vineyard and olive grows and cypress trees! Absolutely stunning scenery. The location of the villa was perfect for visiting all the towns in the region. The villa itself was fantastic! We cooked most nights and had everything we needed.
