"Our cabin stay at the cozy black bear retreat was FABULOUS! The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. K-cups, water, cozy bath robes and Roku TV. The host was quick to respond when I had the old code upon arrival. The views were breathtaking. She even had train maps and local restaurant menus. Can't wait to go back!"

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. The only problem was the dryer not working, but we did not need it this trip. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area.
