"The house was perfect for my wife, adult son, and myself. It was located very close to where my other adult son, his partner and our granddaughter live. This was very convenient for us. We cooked meals in the kitchen and everything we needed was available. Julie was a great host.Overall, it was good experience."

"Quick and easy communication, had no problems reaching out when I had questions and I always got a response in a reasonable time.Pet friendly, and although I wasn't sure how I liked the location at first (super tucked away), it was so nice to have basically a straight shot to downtown Boise. I'll definitely be looking into this location for future visits."

"Thank you for hosting our family, however we have some notes: We had a problem with the internet connection on the old tvs because of the old, outdated modem. There were no bedside lamps for reading in any of the bedrooms. The beds in the small bedrooms were hard, and we woke up with sore backs. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the hot tub only fit 2 people. Also the water was so low, it was barely usable. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this property. The worst issue was the front left burner on the stove didn't work and was spewing gas and wouldn't turn off. We tried calling you twice and you didn't answer. We messaged you twice and you didn't answer quickly. We decided to call the gas company. We had the front and back doors open. They instructed us not to touch anything and to leave the property and stay 300 feet away until they arrived. We waited outside in the rain until they arrived 20 minutes later. We received a message from you while we were waiting for the gas company outside. You told us to find a pair of pliers in the garage and try to fix it ourselves. That was a direct contradiction to what the gas company told us to do and could have been dangerous. You also asked us to call the gas company to have them call you with updates while we were waiting for them. That was your job to call them to get updates. You also didn't follow up with us to make sure everything was fine. We were just glad when it was safe again."

"This house and property were beautiful! Great location! Walkable to Sockeye Brewery, in case you need to getaway from all the people you are staying with :)Beds are comfortable and linens were top of the line. Plenty of Bathrooms! Front room is comfortable and so was the downstairs family room. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice patio! Lots of trees and shade. Very Clean and Comfortable We've stayed at alot of Vacation Rentals and this one is one of the best. When we come back to Boise we will definitely stay here again."
