“The space is definitely family friendly! Very spacious and in a perfect area where you are able to walk around. The only minor thing I would recommend it to change the shower curtains more often, when we were there you can see them turning yellow and smelled slightly like urine. “This property has several units sharing a living room/eating area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The check-in process was very easy once the host made contact. Property was clean. Everything was pretty good until the guests in Unit 3 came in from wherever they had been. 3:45am someone was banging on my unit’s door trying to open it and all of the doors in the unit. “It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. “The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out”
