“For the price I paid for 3 nights was not worth it. 1st night checking in. Fridge didnt work for awhile. Had black mold and leaking for awhile. Told a worker. Didn't get a replacement until 2 nights later. Workers cleaned the fridges in the room left mold stains when they cleaned the old or new fridge on sink and water puddles on the floor. No new towels changes or bed made during stay.”

“First room offered was terrible - unbearable smell coming out of the bathroom. Supposedly everything was ok when they cleaned the room in the morning, so we were told. Hmm … Second room was ok. Breakfast room seems to be a challenge for the team. Only one person, not able to keep all food trays, coffee thermos, and water station filled and ready at all times, especially on Sunday mornings. Didn’t really help overcoming very close train tracks with two trains running by during the night and……

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The staff was lazy and sleeping on their shift in one of the rooms. My reservation was lost but my card was charged, gave my room away upon my arrival. I was then downgraded and attempted to be charged again. The walls and ceiling were falling apart in the first room they downgraded me to and tile coming up in the 2nd room I was moved to with no blanket or towels.”
