“Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, la température extérieure est de 3 degrés et le climatiseur de la chambre souffle de l'air froid ? La salle n'est pas aussi chaude que l'allée ! De plus, je suis un VIP de l'hôtel, je peux évidemment surclasser la chambre, mais la réception m'a dit que je ne pouvais vivre que dans la chambre que j'avais réservée et que je ne pouvais pas surclasser. Évidemment, quand j'y suis allé, il n'y avait pas la période de pointe, il ne voulait tout simplement pas être surclassé……

“The rooms were great very spacious modern bathroom and the facilities were excellent. We got there early and check in wasn't available until 15.00, unfortunately we weren't able to check in until around 15.45 which wasn't ideal as we were restricted with time. “Hôtel qui va bien pour « dépanner » une nuit. Et encore que si nous avions anticipé nous aurions dû louer un airbnb.
Toilettes et douches communes, chambres sales. Odeur de cannabis et cigarettes dans les couloirs qui sont imprégnées dans les chambres.

“We select this hotel for one night of stop-over before we head towards airport Paris. In this aspect, the location is good coz it takes only 2 hours to reach Paris. We didn't expect too much from the hotel but the experience is a bit below what we expect. Major reason is the paint smell in the compact room, difficult to get rid of even we opened the window for a few hours. The surrounding area is OK if you like a bit of shopping in a big supermarket, named Auchan I remember correctly.”

“We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund……
