"Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was great. Room was clean enough. The broken tiny single elevator was really a downer. 80 stairs to the 6th floor. Ask how I know. Also the surprise $35 a week (we stayed two nights) parking charge was pretty crappy. "

"Just not a Hilton quality hotel. Needs a lot of updating. Grungy and outdated. When I entered my room - no desk chair, no floor lamp, no refrigerator - had to have it all brought to me, which they did. My biggest complaint is that the outdoor bar/restaurant closes at 5pm or 6pm every day. I was told at the desk that they even do that in the Summertime, so that guests use the inside restaurants. When I am at the beach, I want to be outside to eat and drink and not in some inside dingy overpriced restaurant."

"It was nice to be on the beach. The mattress was terrible. They need new mattress's . They are worn out and uncomfortable. Maid service was hit and miss. We would have maid service and she would bring coffee cups but no coffee . A lot of sand gets brought into the room. Not sure if the room was swept but always had sand in the bed."
