“Great location steps away from the beach. Beautiful balcony views. Across the street is a publix, Wslgreens and several restaurants. Room was clean, well appointed and roomy. Building still making repairs after last year's hurricane.”

“We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area.”

“The condo was right across the street from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The building itself is pretty old but the inside of Kathy's condo has been well maintained. It was stocked with lots of things you would normally bring from home. My 10 year old enjoyed the property pool and my wife enjoyed the fact that the beach area wasn't crowded like it was in Daytona Beach. We were visiting during Jeep Beach Weekend because we're Jeep owners but didn't want to "stay with the crowd".……

Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful!”

“Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place.”

“Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.”

“Stayed here for our trip to Welcome to Rockville in Daytona. We had a blast and loved our room. Every morning, we got to watch the sun rise on the beach from our balcony and even got to see the dolphins. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. I hope to stay here every time we come to the area! So conveniently located and in such a quiet, nice area.”
