Spring break with the kids

Goal was Dollywood for the kids spring break. The condo, the weather and Dollywood made for a perfect week with my kids. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff

Pigeon Forge Getaway

This property was exceptionally roomy and clean and enjoyable. The pool table was a fun added extra, and the fireplace so nice to sit with after long days exploring. Zach was exceptionally attentive and friendly!

Basecamp for Dollywood and Pigeon Forge

What a great location! Easy access and such a great place to bed down after a day exploring Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Our family of four loved it! Thanks to Zach our host for keeping us up to date and sorting our necessities! Definitely a recommended place!

Property was close to town. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the pool table. They didn't want to leave. This was our second stay at this location.

Easiest check in / out I’ve ever encountered. Safe, well lighted, & convenient car park. Short driving distance to surrounding towns entertainment, dining, and area shops. This condo has more natural light throughout than most. We particularly enjoyed using the pool table in the living space. The owner provided detailed information & responded promptly.

Convenient but Loud

Place is in a very convenient area. Condo is fine as far as the layout and space, but the walls are so thin you can hear water running loudly when you use any bathroom and from an upstairs unit. And there was a dog next door that barked for three hours straight the first night. You can hear people running and walking above you. There was tons of dust on blinds and light fixtures, and a dirty bathtub.

Very Conveniently Located!

We weren't sure what we would be doing so being centrally located was important. This property did not disappoint. We could have walked to the golf course right next door (nice, challenging course too). Dollywood was just a mile away. Food was within 5-10 minutes. Dolly's Stampede was 5 mins. Ziplines were 20 minutes. Horseback riding 15 mins. The grocery store was 5 mins away. We couldn't have done better. The inside of the building does need updating/cleaning but this particular condo is nicely appointed and the pool table provided several hours of fun! Parking is a bit limited so arrive early to get the best space.

Condo in the Smokies

Overall, this was a good place to stay. The kitchen had good equipment including an ice maker in the freezer. No extras, no spices, no foil or plastic wrap, no plastic bags or disposable containers. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Plenty of towels throughout. The fireplace was cozy, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch looking over the fall trees and the golf course. The condo is as pictured, but NO shower in Bathroom 1, just a jacuzzi tub. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired, so we cleaned upon arrival. Hopefully, they can contract with a different cleaning crew, or get this one to do a better job and you will have a great experience!

My family had a great time. The location is awesome. Short drive to Gatlinburg and all the the great things Pigeon Forge has to offer as well. The beds are so comfortable and the host is incredibly responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

The condo was in a perfect location for all that we wanted to see and do. It was clean and was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Everything was as described. Checking in and out was a breeze. Zach did a great job communicating with me. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. We had the best time here.
