Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean. Good complementry breakfast. Also quite. Only thing that we thought could be improved on is we had a suite 2 bedrooms and the master bedrooms bathroom was separate from the room and the other room that had two beds had its own. Seems backwards. King bed should be in that room .

The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early. Over heard another in the lobby.

Honestly, not a bad experience, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. The property was well-located, but it seemed as bit more upkeep was needed. Breakfast was just okay. Also, they gave us supposed coupons for discounted or cheaper tickets, but the codes did not seem to work.
Overall, good for the price!

I was placed in room 122. Upon pulling around to park, immediately saw the blue tarp and said , yep thats where we'll be. Sure enough it was for the bedroom. The first night, we got almost no sleep from all the outside news of traffic and loud revving cars combined with guests talking out by their cars. I went in living room area and it was much quieter so it was due to some insulation issues with the window there from the apparent fire that had occurred by looking at the siding at the top of the tarp. Why were we assigned a room with the bedroom having such a blatant issue?!?!?!
My wife and I tried earbuds the 2nd night that helped slightly but then struggled to hear our small children during the night when speaking to us. So the 3rd night we abandoned the earbuds to hear the kids and I got a whopping 2.5 hours of scattered sleep before an 11 hour drive home. Also the area in the shower by the shower head seemed very unpolished and damaged. Very disappointed that we were placed in a room that should have been blocked off until full repairs were made.

The staff were friendly. The hotel and experience was satisfactory. It is certainly not a top hotel but for a night or two it is acceptable. The breakfast was passable but you’re not going to look forward to it. The room was very dark, most of the lights work but the bulbs were dim. Bath was small water pressure was weak.

The Bathrooms and Kitchen needs to be remodeled, specifically the Bathrooms, mold, feels dirty. The living room and bedroom where Good. Staff 5/5, The Laundry room where dirty, old garbage in the trash cans, The Breakfast just same continental like other 2/3 Star Hotels.

The room was clean and well equipped. The only hint of an issue was the spiderwebs on the outside of the windows, which I imagine get handled in the Spring. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, but was on time and hot in the morning. Overall, the hotel is a great option, dollar for dollar.
