The room was ok but shower door came off the roller while showering and bolt almost hit my foot. The rooms are a bit noisy with the heavy traffic. Sheet had a stain on it. Bed was hard. For the money though it was ok for a place to sleep and shower (minus the shower door)

would not recommend this place if you don’t want to keep going back down to the lobby to get key renewed everytime you want in your room, room was not cleaned good enough, clock was on the floor, hair ties on the ground that had hair in them, hair ball in the shower, we booked through expedia and when we got there they said we didn’t even tho we had proof made us pay again, sheets had stains on them, towels had stains

For the price I paid for the room, I expected a hotel in poor condition or uncomfortable rooms, but they exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, the shower had good water pressure, the breakfast was decent, and I would definitely return to the hotel. The only downside was the parking, as customers from the restaurant next door were using the hotel's parking lot

The room was disgusting. Didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. We had no clean towels up there and there were dirty washcloths in the shower. But the bed was made. We asked for someone to come clean it and they took forever. We felt gross to sleep there but I had already paid for it. Will not stay here again.

The toilet in our room was leaking, the toilet paper holder was falling off. The breakfast room was disgusting (tongs stuck in the drawer handle for storage) and the only options for breakfast were surgery foods like cereal, toast or waffle. Juices were like syrup. The water out of the dispenser taste musty. There is also a rescue/fire dept right behind the hotel and the hotel street noise is terrible. The staff was friendly. Would not recommend staying.

The room was very clean and truly beautiful. For the price I paid, I was expecting something very basic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find an impeccable room, amazing housekeeping service, and great customer service! The only things I would suggest improving are a few small details: There were no bar soaps available (although shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided). There was no hair dryer in the room. The vending machines only accepted cash. Other than that, everything was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious!
