This was a great place to stay on our trip to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. Kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Overall good stay

Communication with host was great. Place was small but good for a week stay for 4. The carpet in the living area should be replaced or deep cleaned..looks very old. Sofa had stains and bathroom sink did not drain well at all, looked to bee clogged. Not much closet storage space in the hallway.Overall it was a good stay for the price.

The property was nice given that construction was going on, so it was quite busy. Other than that the unit we stayed in was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This place is only 2 miles off the main road through Pigeon Forge. It is the ideal location to get back and forth from sightseeing and adventures.

Great Location Close to Everything

This property was VERY close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge so very easy to get to all the things you'll want to do in the city. And only about 15 minutes from Dollywood. The place was the perfect size for our small family and our girls LOVED the pools! Would stay here again. Great staycation for our family!

We didn't have any concrete plans when we came to Pigeon Forge but we knew we need a place to stay and hang out. This place was perfect and we would rent here again.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff.

Loved this place. If I ever go back it won’t be during the busy season but I will stay here. It was a great place very close to everything with all the things I needed. I was very pleased!

Great vacation

We’ve been coming here for over 30 years and love the area. So much for everyone. Golfing is especially a challenge if you’re not use to mountain golf.

Pigeon Forge

The location was great. We felt like we were secluded but were actually just a couple minutes from restaurants, shopping, and all the entertainment Pigeon Forge has to offer. The room was clean, comfortable, and just enough space for the two of us. The kitchen was veryconvenient for preparing breakfast and snacks and had everything we needed.

Great place, bad host

The pictures weren’t anywhere close to what the actual place was. The hotel was still nice, it was just completely different than the pictures and in the pictures it shows two different bedrooms with a queen bed in both and I asked the host to clarify if there were one or two beds and he wasn’t really any help. He copied and pasted the ad and sent that to me like I didn’t read it already. Didn’t really seem like he knows his property very well which is concerning…

Everything we needed!

I was blown away by how well this villa is stocked with everything you need. From dishsoap, paper towels, and salt/pepper to beach towels and spare toothbrushes! The location is so convenient! It was our first time in Pigeon Forge and we will be staying at this location everytime we return. Thank you so much for making our holiday getaway a breeze!

Great place to stay!!... Loved the condo it was nice. The only things were that we didn't get alot of info when we arrived . Just the room number and how to get there...came to find out that 2 of the 3 pools we're closed so it was hard to swim when all 7 buildings were at the same pool...Other than that it was a great experience

Great time!!

It was a great vacation for my family and I. We couldn't ask for a better experience, staff, and accomodations. Shane, the Guest Service Manager, was outstanding. When we wanted to extend our stay, he went above and beyond to accomplish that task. He really was a big part of our stay in Pigeon Forge. Thank you again to Shane and the rest of the crew. We will be back and we will be looking to stay at the similar locations in Florida during our monthly travels.
