“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.”

“Check in was horrible. They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. I have never had that problem with any of my previous expedia bookings so not sure if its just a problem with the hotel system or not. They made me cancel my expedia booking and rebook through them. Next is the room. There was a hole in the ceilings, and wall. The smoke detector was……

“The room was no clean. Starting for the floor and some spider webs on the wall. On the front was great but the room really smell of the quimic they used to clean but it made us feel bad.”

“The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room……
