“We stayed for 3 nights and it was a decent motel. The breakfast was skimpy. The staff were helpful. ”

“My husband, 4 year old son and I satyed here for 2 nights which wasnt long enough to enjoy this adorable tiny home and its amenities. This property featured everything you'd have at your very own home. You could see Pikes Peak from the bedroom on a clear day. Close enough to Colorado Springs to enjoy exploring but far enough from the city that its quiet and private. We definitely plan on making the trip out here again, only for a more than 2 nights next time!”

“Enjoying my stay a little outdated but a good place to stay ”

“My husband and I stayed for several days and enjoyed the farm setting away from traffic and lots of people. Yet, we were very close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The propery was very well maintained and clean. Easy to check in and out. Owner was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. This cute apartment is wonderful for a romantic getaway.”

“My recommendation is do not book! Save yourself the hassle & keep looking. By far the worst experience we have had! The property was VERY dirty & wobbly furniture. During our stay our bed broke at the feet & we had to spend majority of our stay on the dirty carpet. The shower liners wreaked & the shower bottoms were disgusting! We knew the property hadn’t been cleaned because the previous guest note was still there! Along with carpet spots that I took pics of prior to arrival.”

“We were visiting family assigned to Fort Carson and the location was very convenient for us. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent throughout. Would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“Everything was great about the property. The only complaint was the trash was not recently taken out and was starting to smell in the garage. The bonus space on the third floor was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Would recommend. Would LOVE to live in this house!”

“This was a great place to stay. Once inside it does not feel like a basement and has a ton of natural light with great views of the mountains. It is very clean and well stocked. The owners clearly go above and beyond to make this a welcoming space.”

“The ease of VRBO reservation and payment was great. Our VRBO host was quick with email responses to questions. The home was clean and had plenty of room for us. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a fan available in the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs was nice and cool but upstairs never cooled off the same”

“I contacted the host the morning of our arrival and he said he would call me back in a minute. A few hours later I received an email from VRBO that our reservation had been cancelled by the host. What a disaster trying to locate a 5 bdr house with no warning. Very frustrating and time consuming. Dave”
