The location right by Pile Gate was the first draw, but the service, amazing made to order breakfast, and beautiful modern rooms with so much attention to detail in every feature is what makes this hotel truly above and beyond!」

「A nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment close to the old town and to the Inter-university Center where I attended a conference. AC works fine, which is very important, since Dubrovnik gets quite hot during the summer. WiFi’s speed was a bit unstable. Also, one needs to know that the hot water in the shower lasts for approximately 10 minutes (which is typical for places that have their own water heater), so」

「Loved everything about this property!! The apartment and the host are so lovely! There is a bit of an uphill walk to the apartment but didn’t mind getting the walk in everyday! The grocery store below the apartment is also so convenient and not badly priced!」

「Best location to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s very close to the Pile gate and also very close to the grocery store to buy everything what you need for your stay. Close to meeting points for excursions and transportation like taxi and buses. Highly recommend this place.」

「The room was great but entry and exit is difficult very old doors that are tricky to unlock as well as a very dangerous stair case leading up to the room. be very careful and don't rely on the handrail, and if there is a fire getting out fast would be difficult.」

「Excellent spacious super-clean property and rooms. Great bathroom, and shower. Rooftop terrace with amazing sea and mountain views. Also, an outdoor kitchen which has all that you need. Owners and family are lovely and are always available should you need any help with anything! Pleasant 15-20 mins walk to old town, but small supermarket, and bakers on your doorstep. Owners arranged transfers to and from the airport, which is a great coastal journey. Will return, for sure!」

「広々として、清潔な部屋でした。 少し空気がこもる感じがしますが、大きな問題ではありません。（冷房を使ったところ、解消されました） 旧市街まで歩いて行ける距離で良かったです！ スーパーマーケットもとても近いです。 私達は最初、予約日を間違えて予約してしまいました。 その変更のためにスタッフとコミュニケーションを取りましたが、Hotels.comのシステムの煩雑さにも関わらず、面倒くさがらずに親切に対応いただけて感謝しています。」

「Favorite stay while traveling. The hosts were amazing and kind, even carried our luggage up to the room for us. The property is safe and beautiful and the apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night but it would be a perfect place to stay for an extended stay. 」

「Throughout night a motion light went off intermittently making it hard to sleep. Street traffic noise only lessened from 2 am to 5:30 am. Queen size bed had an old mattress, no support. The sponge topper did nothing to make it better.」

「We had a lovely stay at Ivo and being hosted by a local family. The patio had amazing views of ocean. We reccomend getting a beer at nearby pizza place after a long day and drinking it up here. The bathroom is shared with the family, unless you book the room with the private bathroom. Our hosts were great and booked us a taxi to the ferry in the am.」
