This was a really nice hotel and the front desk people were great!!!! I just wish the breakfast was better or they kept fresh breakfast out. But other than that, I have a great stay.

Cleanest of the hotel was okay, and the cleanest of the room was ok, the room did have a oder I think it was the carpet, good thing I had Lysol spray We would stay again if we had to.

The room was great and the staff making breakfast was awesome. However, the check in clerk made it a hard time when trying to check in with a service animal. Someone (staff) walked in the room with no notice. I was on the toilet and my husband was dressing. It was only 10am.

This property is outdated and very unsanitary. 2 floor facility without an elevator. Had to make 2 trips to get all my belongings to the 2nd floor. Room 213, the couch is not even Goodwill worthy. White hotel towels are beige with previous guests' usage still present on them. The mattress pad looked to have faded blood dried on it. The furniture was dusty. And had to pay homecoming weekend rates for a dump! Didn't dare attempt to eat breakfast there. NEVER AGAIN.

My stay in pine bluff

I liked it because it was quiet and not right next to a freeway. No sound of traffic roaring by. The hotel was a little old but clean room and comfortable.
