“We loved the adult pool, but it could use additional umbrellas and umbrellas that adjust. Also there was service, but it was quite slow due to lack of staffing. The beach is okay and steep with a drop off in some areas. It's also short and the free umbrellas are small and don't provide much shade. We appreciated the coolers with electrolyte water at the entrance to the beach, but we did not spend any time on it other than to walk due to the heat, and these biting flies. “We arrived at 5:00 pm. After finding the office upstairs, the sugn on the door said it was after hours...what? But an envelope with information was there for us. Other guests helped find our room. Map provided was not helpful. Musty smell the second we opened the door, floor needed a good scrubbing, so dirty .We were only there one night, but never saw any staff.”

“Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear people walking around all evening until nearly midnight! We could hear the loud water pipes from their shower above! It was impossible to get any sleep until they went quite close to midnight! Older building so it must not be so insulated for noise above! The breakfast was basic and a line formed to help yourself to breakfast as the breakfast serving area was small.”
