“Great location”

“We came down for our honeymoon. This place was amazing the view is breathtaking. We could sit in the bedroom, in the living room or on the balcony and still have an unobstructed view. We saw manatee, dolphins, and stingrays every day. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Everything was as advertised and the pride in ownership stood out. Only thing that was a problem was the long walk to get to the Gulf water. We knew this going in so made good use of the pool instead.”

“We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation.”

“Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us!”

“This was our first trip to MI and we loved it! We liked that this condo is in a quiet location, loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The condo was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Some great restaurants nearby, Snook Inn was fun with a live band, Dolphin Tiki Bar had the best coconut shrimp. The beaches are amazing, we would definitely come back and stay here again. “We enjoyed our stay very much. We vacationed with our two adult children, one who just graduated from college, so it may be one of the last vacations with just the 4 of us. The accommodations were nice, for just having been opened from the hurricane a couple of years ago. There were some wall patches that still weren't painted yet, but overall, the condo was lovely. “This place is amazing. The patio was so spacious & roomy. We spent most of our time at home out there. We swam every day in the gulf & pool. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Location was spectacular. Walked the beach daily. Maria & Matt are very gracious hosts being attentive & responsive. We didn't want to leave.”
