The outdoor property was fantastic. It was like a boltanical garden!!The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and the kitchen was easy to work in. The property was quiet as it was summertime. We enjoyed out stay.

All floors including the closets and the Lanai were filthy I have black feet and there was sand I addresseit at the front desk they told me to write a complaint instead. I went and bought product and cleaned all the floors. There's only a drip coffee maker not a one cup. There's no tea kettle so you can't boil water you have to use the drip coffee maker. There's no small pot to improvise either. The place is a bit dated. It was a functional unit-had the basic cleaned I did like the greenery on the Lanai and the water feature. The towels were not plenty I was one person and a two-bedroom facility and they only stocked a few towels. You would have had to ask hassle. The reception is horrible the lady behind the desk is clueless dry and unhelpful. The future where you talk to quote unquote Michael in the app I don't believe is real I believe it's automated and was unable to answer direct questions and do it timely the arrival for me for checking inwas not a good experience by far very unsettling because I came in late and I told him that I was but I had to tell them like three times because their answers are not responding to the fact that I said I'm coming in after 11:00. The jacuzzi was broken but they didn't advertise for that anyway the laundry is on the property not in room. Pool looked pretty but I never used it because I felt like I was on show and tell for the restaurant that literally looks immediately over it.
