Stay was nice. Some helpfull observations:1 microwave did not work2 TV needs instructions, several remotes with no guidance on how to use them3 matress needs replaceing4 bed sheet vary woren5 heads up on the bulding contruction and parking lot repaving would have been nice, vary noisy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo overlooking the water! Had everything we needed including beach gear!
