The location is great for exploring the surrounding areas. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the property manager was friendly and quickly responded to messages. We will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future!”

“;Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.”

“This property was better than expected. It was exactly as described, and perfect location for recreation/Red Rocks. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the cabin decorated beautifully. The stream side hot tub was a great way to start and end the day. We will definitely be back! “The cabin is well represented by the online photos. It’s so cozy and comfy. The gas fireplace worked great, added warmth and atmosphere. We loved cracking the door open and hearing the river below. We were there in May and had a wonderful surprise with a couple inches of snow. Being from Texas this added positively to our trip. Bedroom is very small and limited storage. Kitchen is well equipped and has a very nice gas stove. Easy to cook in.”

“The most they had received in 10 years, said the locals. Yes we were there for the March 2024 storms and the forecast were accurate. Almost 61 inches measured in Nederland. We had a great time though and our teens learned what it really means to shovel snow. Briggite was accommodating, and kind the whole way through.”

“We LOVED our weekend at this cabin! It was just perfect! We came to Colorado to elope and because of the rain, ended up just eloping on the beautiful grounds of the cabin! It couldn't have been more amazing! Great accommodations for us and our 4 kiddos! They loved exploring the grounds. I hope we will be able to return to the place we got married on our first wedding anniversary!”

“We could not have been more happy with the cabin if we had built it ourselves. The layout was perfect, and they had everything you could want including games, adult coloring books and a cozy stove. It snowed a foot over the weekend, but with the gorgeous views it was perfect.”

“This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back……

It was so cozy and cute, the kitchen had everything we needed, we really loved the retro stove and the cast iron cookware, made us feel like we could have been there 100 years ago. The view from the hot tub is so beautiful, I cant think of a better place to get away from it all. Thanks for everything.”

“We had the best time at this house. It was plenty spacious, clean, and had a ton of amenities. We rented this house to have a quiet getaway and it was a perfect spot. It was only 30 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, CO. Great shopping in Idaho Springs. We loved the river out back, the small pond and outdoor fireplace. We will be coming back to this house, for sure.”

“Donna's place was great. Felt secluded, yet close to things needed. The fireplace was fantastic, as well as having access to the snowshoeing gear to enjoy the trails behind the house. Responsive and detailed communication, and smooth check-in and out processes.”

“Nice stay for our group of 6 when we attended a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.. Plenty of room for entertaining, well stocked kitchen. There were a ew supplies like coffee, sugar, paper towels, in stock. Nicely equipped bar. Hot tub next to the creek is a lovely touch. Newly built/furnished, tasteful decor. Disappointed in the no early check in policy. Poor vacuum job & hairball in the master shower. Advertised price was a scam as the “fees” added doubled the cost.”

“We absolutely loved Larry’s place in Boulder Mountains! Everything was as advertised and even better! The home slept 7 of us perfectly and everyone was comfortable. The setting, streams, hiking and short distance to downtown Boulder for our daughter’s graduation was ideal! We would love to stay here again!”

“We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues.”
