Horse Eventing Competition

Our girls were competing at the Carolina Horse Park. It was really nice to come home to this house after a long day outside. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.

Great Stay

Everything was great about the stay. We did encounter an issue where the code which was given for the door did not work. I was on hold with management company for about 15 mins as they solved the problem. It was a little bit of a rough start as it was pouring rain, but it was eventually figured out.

When we arrived on July 3rd at 4:00 PM, the access code provided did not work. I contacted the agent at the number provided, 813-531-8988. She provided a new code that worked. When we entered the house, we noticed it had not been cleaned. There were pizza boxes, empty beer and water bottles in the kitchen. I called again and the agent offered to send a cleaning crew to the house. We made our way to the bedrooms to find the belongings of the prior guest still in each of the rooms. We contacted the agent again and she asked that I send pictures. I did as requested and realized the temperature inside the home was hot. I checked the thermostat and it showed it was 88 degrees inside the home. I contacted to agent again to update her on the situation and to ask if there were any updates on the prior guests or cleaning crew. She was not able to provide an update at that time. I requested her to inquire about another property explaining we were concerned with the current property and situation. She offered to look into other properties and still had no updates on the cleaning crew and said that the prior guests would be back in 45 min We no longer wanted to stay at the property due to all of the issues. We informed the agent we would be returning home.
