• Parking – Complimentary parking is available in the shared lot directly in front of the condo building, just steps from the entrance.
• Second-floor condo – The unit is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.
• Community laundry – A shared laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers is located a short walk from the condo (approximately 200 feet).
• Quiet community – The condo is located within a peaceful residential golf community. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.
• Wildlife & nature – The Sandhills region is known for its natural setting beneath longleaf pines, and guests may occasionally see local wildlife such as birds, squirrels, or deer.
