「It was easy to get in. The location was ideal. My dog particularly enjoyed the screened in balcony. The only issue we noted is the exterior stairs. One of the steps needs to replaced and moved when we stepped on it.」

「Had an absolutely fantastic time is this wonderful home! We loved coffee on the giant swing on the front porch in the morning. We spent so much time on the back screened porch hanging out, having appetizers before dinner, doing yoga. We had 2 nights by the fire pit after grilling our dinner. We had S'mores for dessert. We took long walks on the nature trails that criss-cross the neighborhood. The location is very convenient to get to Pinehurst #2, The Cradle, the Village and Southern Pines....

「The A/C was not workng when we arrived on Friday at 4:00 pm. The temperature in Pinehurst that day was 103 degrees! I would think the owner would make sure the A/C was working. The temperature in the two upstairs bedrooms was 91 degrees. The children, ages 4-13, were supposed to sleep up there. The lower level was 77 degrees. Both thermostats were set at 68 degrees. We attempted to call the emergency phone number that was provided in the house notebook, but that turned out to be the...
