“The property staff were very friendly. We walked into our condo and found it very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The bedrooms were nice size. But our balcony view was stunning. We had a great ocean view from the 4th floor. A nice pool and jacuzzi is there also. We walked down to the main level, and literally walked to the ocean in less than 2 minutes. Parking is on the 1st/main level, under the units so happy that our vehicle had a covered, assigned spot. “My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!! ”

“Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online.”

I did not see any staff until I checked out on 12/28/25 @10:30. But I did not have any problems following directions. They were well written. Can't comment due to the staff was on Christmas break.”

“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“Do you love a peaceful getaway surrounded by wonderful families and gorgeous sunsets? Then this unit is for you!! We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The unit was exactly as listed. We had a few issues maintenance wise (toilet kept running and the dishwasher wasn’t working) it took a few attempts to get through to the rental company but finally got it fixed after a few days. The pool is beautiful and as long as you make sure to close the door you wont have any randoms from……

“Super location! We came to relax, and this apartment on the beach was everything we needed. Everything was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The pool temperature was perfect. Refrigerator door dispenses ice, the A/C worked great, sitting on the balcony is covered in case of rain. It was great taking chairs to the beach to relax by the shore and collect shells. The location is handy to restaurants. Just 17 minutes to John's Pass Boardwalk. 40 minutes to TPA airport. Highly recommend! ”
