「The room was spotless! The staff were very friendly! This is our fourth trip, and we will be returning!」

I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code. 「Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online.」
