Was recently repainted, new flooring, new furniture, kitchen, countertops, appliances, bathroom vanity, pots & pans, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, bed, bedding, towels, water heater, washer & dryer, dish washer, sinks & faucets, balcony & sliders, window treatments, etc. Very nicely upgraded.」

「Nice quiet quaint condo on the beach. Friendly staff. There is a nice walkable boardwalk. Rooms are clean with sizeable balcony. We will definitely stay there again. 」

「My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!! 」

「Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online.」

「The low rate attracted us, but you get what you pay for. This was very bare bones living. No dishes, pots or pans are provided. You only get 1 towel and wash cloth a piece and 1 roll off toilet paper. Bed linens are replaced once a week. Office hours are 11-6, closed Sundays. You are expected to use on-site laundry. Next time we'll know to bring kitchen items. You get what you pay for, but the rate was worth it in the end. 」

「I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!」

「Super location! We came to relax, and this apartment on the beach was everything we needed. Everything was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The pool temperature was perfect. Refrigerator door dispenses ice, the A/C worked great, sitting on the balcony is covered in case of rain. It was great taking chairs to the beach to relax by the shore and collect shells. The location is handy to restaurants. Just 17 minutes to John's Pass Boardwalk. 40 minutes to TPA airport. Highly recommend! 」

「We totally enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The location ( across the street from the beach! and in the heart of town ) as well as the accommodations provided by Club Wyndham were superb!! This location is within walking distance of at least 30 restaurants and several shops. No need to rent a car. The VRBO Host, Justin, was very informative prior to our arrival and answered all our questions during our stay. Ron and Millie」
