「Honestly this had to be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The place was clean. A little modern apartment right down town. The only thing I would change would make the water temperature a little hotter. I like hot showers. But overall I can’t wait to stay there again. 」

「The property was newer and the lobby was clean. Our suite was lovely- especially the floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer a lovely view and sunlight! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and kid toys to bring to the beach, was also a pleasant surprise. 」

「Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...

「We have been to Friendly Native many times. We understand that each condo has different owners and updated based on owners. I was somewhat surprised by the dated decor and furniture but the condo was clean overall (some stains on carpet and furniture) but overall it "did the trick" for us and we had a nice stay. When talking to Property Manager, he did say there was a "disclaimer" when reserving (which I did not see) and that the price was reduced due to need for updating. I would rent again as...

「We had a great 3 night stay at Legacy. The suite was generously sized, clean, and fully stocked. The grounds were impeccably maintained, the pool pristine, and the beach conveniently located across the street. Guests can borrow beach toys and pool floats from a community box. Despite our late check-in, the security guard was kind and accommodating. Dan provided exceptional assistance with directions and recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. 「Excellent location, super easy check-in and checkout, great communication, clean condo, free parking, safe neighborhood. Older condo, could use some small updates to window blinds and kitchen appliances. These didn't effect our stay but would be a nice addition to a guest experience. Go and have fun!」

「The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.」
