「Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental"...

「The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage. 」

「As always, we just love staying here! The location is excellent, right in the center of Dunedin. The hosts are helpful and considerate of a guest’s needs, the condo is really well stocked, and it’s always clean! Thanks once again! 」

「For the cost of the condo there wasn’t even a dish drainer indicating there was only a dishwasher but not enough dishes for our stay. The condo was not conducive for four adults as the queen bedroom was cramped as was the king bed. Maintenance was totally inadequate as the sink wouldn’t drain. There were dead lightbulbs without replacements. It was not a direct Gulf beach view as we were led to believe. When we complained about the sink not draining they sent a family member vs a plumber and...

「This unit must have the most beautiful view in the area! The spacious balcony serves up vast views of the ocean as well as the waterway below, where we saw dolphins and stingrays swim by! The beach and great restaurants are just steps away. The little neighborhood is quiet and relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of areas up and down the coast. Loved that the hosts provide literally everything you need for the beach including a wagon. And the attached water park is wonderful too! Very...
