“We had a blast! It was just my wife and I so we closed the guest bedroom doors so our dogs wouldn’t go in them but the property was very clean and we were given plenty of supplies, pool was amazing and there was beautiful back yard for us to hang out in and with our dogs. No bugs or critters inside the house. We did have an issue where a combination of our pups and the neighbors dog were playing along the fence which disturbed a yellow jacket nest. “The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “Situated in a prime location. Under 10min away from absolutely anything you may need or want to do. I went to see if Charlotte, NC was somewhere I'd like to live. I'm sold. And my Kasa Edison experience played a large part In that decision. Staff was very helpful and attentive even though there is no on-site staff. Room and grounds were exactly as depicted in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, discussions, opening/closing of doors, etc. And in my case, the……

“Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, from dishwashing and laundey detergent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The building was in a newly constructed buidling and gated. The pool was just a walk away in another gated section. We were very close to downtown and the highway. We will stay here next time we're in town.”

The living room and TV were great. The natural lighting and indirect lighting fixtures in the apartment were spectacular.
