"The House of Simba" in Piombino

The House of Simba is a cozy apartment located on the second floor of a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from the historic center of Piombino, the Baratti sea, Populonia, and the beaches of the East Coast.



The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine with pods, microwave, kettle, and tableware), sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one single, both with desks), and a bathroom with linens, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. You will also find a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



The furnishings are modern, with new mattresses, sheets, and pillows. Outside, you have access to a shared garden and free parking within the property.



Pets are allowed. Supermarket and bus stop are easily reachable on foot. Upon arrival, you will find a morning snack and a bottle of prosecco or wine to toast the start of your holiday.
