The holiday house has more then 10 paths that starts directly from the villa and arrive in Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina .

The material used to build the Villa are those typical of Tuscan houses, with terracotta floors from Impruneta and ceilings with chestnut beams and joists. A simple and elegant style at the same time.
The main VIlla is Upstairs: 2 large double bedrooms and a room with two single beds and a small desk, a huge bathroom with two sinks and a bath and shower. All very bright rooms.
Downstairs a kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofas with veranda and patio and access to the fenced garden , our villa is perfect for a vacation with your dog.
A large private garden complitely fencedand equipped with wood-burning oven and barbecue, surrounds the holiday house, the avenue of pines and cypresses separates the property from the small country road that leads to the road to Porto Azzurro or Rio nell'Elba.
The house is completely independent and enjoys absolute privacy but is very close to beaches of Reale and Barbarossa where you can rent a canoa or a patino or a chair and umbrella.Close to the house there is also a pizzeria.
Our villa to rent in Elba is 5 km from Portoazzurro one of the most suggestive fishing villages on the island, with small typical restaurants, a characteristic small port overlooking the bay and a small market is set up with handicraft products.
We recommend aperitivo at the Curandero where they make the best mohito on the island!
