“This house was very clean and inviting. The hosts provided a great place to relax and unwind. We came to Memphis for our anniversary and to visit Graceland. We liked the fact that it was pet friendly and had fenced backyard for our dog to run and chase the squirrels. The bed was comfortable as weĺl. The snacks and drinks were an added touch to let us know the hosts care about making our stay more enjoyable.”

“Our stay at Southern Serenity in Memphis was great. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the stylish, minimal décor. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect for attending the Mempho Music Festival at the Botanical Gardens, just a short cab drive away. Whenever we had a question, the owner was prompt and helpful in responding. Overall, a lovely stay.”

“The property listing is not accurately described, we were expecting the peaceful location described in the ad but we got a scary stay in a rundown neighborhood instead. We were afraid to exit our vehicle when we arrived, there were cars with missing tires, houses with foil/broken blinds, and garbage in the yard. The rental property had two full dumpsters and trash overflowing. We were told our only option was to cancel our reservation and if they rented it during our reserved stay, the host……
