「This Unit is very dated, and very average. First morning no TV, the garden at the front was not clean or maintained, what a shame it would have been fantastic views to the Murray, Sadly will not go back」

「Well positioned in the heritage area of Echuca. Great vibe at the Echuca Hotel. Live music at night might annoy some but we loved hearing it from our room. Fabulous menu at the hotel, including lots of GF options. Great online help from accom manager when we wanted to add a day. Highly recommend!!」

「This is a late 70’s early 80’s style motor inn that will surprise you with the cleanliness of the rooms and the close location to the centre of Echuca. A short 2km walk and you are in town, there nice cafes closer than that and the staff are helpful. Represents great value for money」

「Home away from home, everything you need except a microwave but managed without. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable. Walking distance to the golf club, meals, pokies, keno and more. No need to go anywhere else if you just want to relax 」

「The Sportslander is just what I expected, an older motel that had all the basics covered. The room was older style, clean and on the end of a 10 day straight run of over 40 deg temps the pool and aircon did the job, the bed was comfy, there was no noise and had a good night sleep. For a budget one night stay, it did the job very well. 」

「 I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future. 「Location handy but traffic noise on high street from 5 am . Bathroom not set out well」

「Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...
