「Avoid – Terrible Service Our stay was very disappointing due to poor preparation and service. The hot tub—the main reason we booked—was unusable for the first 3 nights of our 5 night stay. On arrival it was without power, the water level was below jets, the water was cold and dirty. Despite sending photos, we were told it had been prepared. A contractor arrived on night 3 with only a bucket and a cloth, didn’t know how to drain the tub, scooped dirty water out onto balcony using bucket. No...

「We highly recommend the stay at Acro & Polis in Athens. It is very close to the historical spots. It takes only about 10 minutes for us to visit the Acropolis. The hotel is warm, clean and tidy. We especially love the balcony of the hotel - the Acropolis is just next to us! The host is very friendly. Whenever we had any problems or requests, he tried his best to help. He is such a sweet host that he has prepared some wine and chocolate to celebrate our honeymoon! :)」
