Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde e vicina ad uno splendido mare.

Casa accogliente, pulita, confortevole e ben accessoriata. Letti comodissimi, doccia esterna con acqua calda molto apprezzata, giardino incantevole e molto curato. Amaca divertente. Sono presenti tanti spazi esterni fruibili a piacimento . Posto auto ampio e comodo. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta o necessità. In sintesi posto eccezionale e consigliato caldamente a tutti.

Una vacanza "gioiosa"

Abbiamo appena trascorso una splendida vacanza di fine estate,nella bellissima Villa Oceri,che si è rivelata di gran lunga migliore di quanto avessimo visto in foto. Il giardino ampio curatissimo e dotato di ogni comodità,fa da cornice ad una casa accogliente e funzionale,anch'essa curata in ogni dettaglio,peraltro di estremo gusto,in armonia con lo stile della costruzione. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili a dare preziosi suggerimenti di ogni genere. La posizione della casa garantisce il gradevole fresco della sera pur essendo strategica per visitare le splendide spiagge della zona,ma anche per farsi una bella passeggiata in montagna e apprezzare tutti i sapori che questa stupenda terra sa offrire. Speriamo davvero di poterci tornare! Grazie ancora di tutto.

Molto positiva. Struttura e vivibilità assolutamente gradevoli.

Siamo stati con mia moglie e altri due cari amici per circa una settimana. L'appartamento era molto curato e pulito. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serviva e la vivibilità della parte del giardino è stata particolarmente apprezzata. La sua posizione appartata, appena fuori dal paese, ha permesso di vivere con grande tranquillità e serenità ogni momento. Il paese con tutti i suoi servizi è a 5 minuti di auto. I proprietari ci hanno lasciato anche delle utilissime informazioni su dove mangiare bene e dove apprezzare la migliore granita alla siciliana del paese. Una nota particolare va ai proprietari. Persone squisite, discrete ma anche super disponibili che ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire a "casa nostra". Consiglierei a chiunque di passare del tempo a Villa Oceri. Grazie ancora alla famiglia Di Benedetto. Spero di incontrarvi ancora nel futuro.

Splendide giornate nella quiete di Villa Oceri

Abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane insieme ai nostri due bambini nella splendida cornice di Villa Oceri. Peppuccio e Sara ci hanno accolto nella loro bellissima proprietà, mettendoci a disposizione tutto quanto potesse essere necessario per farci trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. Il bellissimo giardino ci ha regalato spazio e tranquillità per i piccoli e ristoro e comodità per le nostre cene dopo le belle giornate al mare. Il grazioso appartamento, ampio e fornito di tutto punto ci ha ospitato e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Location magnifica, proprietari gentilissimi e pronti per ogni evenienza. Decisamente consigliato.

Wonderful place !

As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) we spent one week there, during our sicilian trip. This house is wonderful, perfect for a family. We spent most of the day outside visiting Sicily, and we were very happy at the end of the day to come back there as we know it will be quiet. Owners provided everything and are so welcoming and warm people. Photos doesn't really show how this home is, as it is better ! This is a great campbase to visit north sicily, as you are a few miles from highway. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. Cet endroit est fabuleux et les photos ne rendent pas compte de la réalité du lieu. C'est un endroit charmant, qui peut servir de bon camp de base pour visiter le nord de la Sicile. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu, tenu par des propriétaires absolument charmants.

vacanza a villa oceri

Salve siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e abbiamo trascorso una favolosa vacanza in questa residenza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato entrambi gli alloggi molto puliti e con tutti i comfort necessari, un giardino ben curato dove poter mangiare all'aperto,stendere e lavare i panni con una lavatrice e un lavatoio a disposizione e grigliare cibi sul barbecue molto ben allestito.Molto comoda anche la doccia all'aperto per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dal mare. I proprietari sono assolutamente fantastici, molto disponibili e premurosi ma mai invadenti; avevamo la sensazione di conoscerli da tempo e li ricordiamo veramente con tanto affetto. Il mare è vicinissimo e la zona è veramente tattica per poter raggiungere in poco tempo isole e altri posti stupendi da poter visitare

"residenza meravigliosa!"

"io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad agosto, in questa magnifica residenza. La Sigra Sara e il Sig Giuseppe sono stati gentili,ospitali,disponibili e reso il nostro soggiorno , molto piacevole. La casa è meravigliosa, spaziosa,pulitissima, luminosa, arredata con gusto e raffinatezza. Dotata di tutta l attrezzattura per poter cucinare ed eventualmente pulire. Immersa in un giardino meraviglioso, con ben 3 dehors a nostra disposizione dove era possibile consumare i nostri pasti al fresco degli ulivi e delle palme.Angolo ben attrzzato con barbecue e lavatrice. consiglio vivamente il soggiorno. Pace e relax assicurati!"

"L''appartamento è situato vicino al centro abitato ma sufficientemente distante da essere estremamente tranquillo e silienzioso: l''interno è molto spazioso, accogliente, arredato con gusto, ben attrezzato (anche la cucina è dotata un abbondante numero di stoviglie, piccoli elettrodomestici e quanto puo'' venirvi in mente). All''esterno si puo'' godere di un bellissimo giardino, molto grande, curatissimo e ombreggiato. Our Family staid in Villa...

Our Family staid in Villa Oceri in the beginning of july. What a lovely place. We enjoyed the calmness, and also the coolness compared to other places we have staid, properly becauce of the positions close to the mountains, but also becauce of the buildings thick walls. The flat contain all your need for your stay, and we found it extremely clean and good qality furnitures(especially beds).The garden was equipped with many places to relax ore eat, and a couple of terraces to each appartment. We realy felt we had lots of space. The owner, Sara and Guiseppe was the most pleasent host we could ask for, and really make you feel very welcome in there house. It was a perfect place for our small children, becauce of the big garden and friendly host. They had rebuilt this house in a very nice and gentle way, with respect for the old arcitecture. There is some very nice beaches 7 km away but also closer to the house.The town is a little town, with shops so it is easy to buy food or go to restaurants. We would love to visit Villa Oceri again.

"We (family of 4) stayed ...

"We (family of 4) stayed in Villa Oceri in the mid of August and it was amazing. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, space and facilities. The location is very picturesque – it’s surrounded by mountains covered in greenery from three sides – south, west and east. The garden is huge with a few dedicated “hot-spots” where we could relax depending on time of the day and our mood - e.g. a large gazebo with a set of furniture, a dining table with chairs beside the house, another set of chairs under a large parasol, and I’m not talking about chairs and benches tucked away in shady places of the garden... Adding to that an outside shower with hot & cold water makes it perfect to sit out the daytime heat - considering we were there in August the only time for the beach was either early morning or in the afternoon. One important note is that in the evenings it was much cooler and more pleasant in the garden than at the sea side in the town – possibly because of cool air coming down the mountains. Another note is about the road in front of the property – this road is a country side road leading to and ending at a village on the nearly top of the mountain. Despite this it was quite busy, even at night. There are a few nice & clean pebbly beaches in proximity. The 1st local one is about 2 km walk down the road – and on your way you would be passing by two well stocked supermarkets and a very good bakery. Another good beach is in Capo Calava, which is about 5 km away from the house. We had a car rented for the whole vacation so it was a pretty short drive thought the town Gioiosa Marea. The town itself is pleasant with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. The quality of food was superb & not expensive. In the evenings from 10pm the main town streets were closed for traffic and converted to pedestrian zones, with music and decoration lights on. Separately I’d like to say a few words about the owners – Giuseppe and Sarah – the most welcoming and generous people who looked well after us."
