“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.

“The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. Planned trip for a year and all appeared great until we settled into the room and found that there was no hot water, only a single small role of toilet paper and limited to a single cup of coffee each. “Staff was great, very friendly. Everything was very clean - rooms, bathrooms, dining area, etc. and all of the basic essentials were supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer). They gave us each a bottle of water at check in which was nice and the pool area looked nice, we just never had time to enjoy it because we were busy. Breakfast was great - a good selection of items and everything was yummy. The elevators and hallways are stuffy and have an odd smell, probably because the room air……
