“O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com. O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. “酒店位置离开中心城区比较远。酒店一楼是餐厅酒吧，二楼的房间深夜之前根本没法入睡。下午两点到酒店的时候，说所有房间都在打扫，要15点以后才能入住，让存下行李先出去玩，等17点回来比较累直接给了108房间钥匙。结果就没发现房间特别吵闹，20点晚餐时间到凌晨2点根本不能睡觉，这个酒店不适合来度假的人们。”

“The people at the front desk were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. In fact we were impressed with all the staff. The amenities like the pool, sauna and jakuzzi were all clean and in very good state. The room and bathroom clean and enough space. Very nice to have a tea kitchen with microwave, kettle and coffee maschine. I had an accident in the fitness room, which was my own fault, but maybe the room is too small for the amount of machines. the breakfast was really really good.. we only had……

“The staff was wonderful and good to bounce ideas off of. I was comfortable here and the places is easily walkable to beaches on each side of the city along with plenty of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed Punta del Este more than Montevideo despite being a bit of a history guy and generally liking capital cities. Also, Jose Ignacio is a short trip up the coast and it's absolutely beautiful there.”

“Hotel muito limpo e cheiroso! O atendimento é muito bom e os funcionários muito solícitos e educados. O café da manhã é simples mas muito bom. Importante que não há estacionamento no hotel e não localizamos indicações próximo ao hotel, por isso a recomendação é deixar o carro na rua.”
